Our Garlic is the Red Russian variety that we have been propagating here on Mount Sentinel Farm for over 15 years. We enjoy this garlic, and we know you will also. We grow our Garlic organically here in the Kootenays, with good nutrition and attention to what this species needs. This makes for a high density nutrition rich food that supports our health through the winter months.
