Our Red Russian Garlic is flavourful and spicy.
The Red Russian is a beautiful variety from the “Purple Stripe” family. It is packed with a spicy-hot flavour, and a smooth aftertaste. When cooked it boasts a wonderfully rich, complex garlic flavour that complements fine dining.
Bulb colour is pinkish and purple stripes on white.
Stores well in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep a few bulbs in a basket in the kitchen for use, and keep the rest in a pantry.
