Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Only a few members on our farm have access to the information you provide us. The web administrator, shop manager, and bookkeeper can access:

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders and support you.

Comments

If you choose to leave comments or reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

We store the information you choose to give when using our contact forms. We delete this information about once a month or after a support request has been taken care of.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or review, the comment or review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
